Buying, doing up and maintaining a property abroad is not easy and not for the faint hearted, but if you have someone like Thomas Manz to oversee it the hassle, frustrations and stress miraculously disappear. Thomas has helped make our "dream property" just that! He is a lovely person, courteous and polite, who is very easy to get on with. He is extremely competent at everything he does and, as far as we can tell, he does everything! He is reliable and sensible. He will do exactly what you ask so that no shock awaits you when you see the final product, but, with his local knowledge, he is also able to make suggestions that may improve on your own ideas. He is also excellent at keeping in touch to let you know how work is progressing.

For us he has become the one port of call. Whatever we need doing, whatever query we have, we go to Thomas with the assurance that he will not let us down. The work that Thomas has done for us includes year round pool maintenance, building work, ground maintenance, house maintenance, receiving deliveries and a housekeeping service between lets. Thomas has truly made a huge difference to our experience of owning a property abroad and I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Thomas Manz is the kind of person you could spend long years searching for. He has done a range of jobs for us at the Cupra Alta apartments we own including building cupboards, decking and organising soil for the garden, putting together furniture kits, styling and putting up bookshelves and a range of other home care jobs.

He also helped us to unload a furniture van and put the items into our homes. When we needed another pair of hands he magically conjured up another, also efficient, pair of hands. Thomas works diligently and conscientiously; he arrives on time and leaves the place orderly. No less important is his charm, courteousness and his ever-willingness to make time for a "last minute" job that needs doing.

I cannot recommend him highly enough - except that doing so risks losing him to others who will no doubt be equally enthusiastic!
